If your RH9 box doesn't use non-redhat packages it'll be a pretty simple excercise. I did one by hand using yum. I posted about the experience on the list. I fucked it up tho and it took me ages to recover but I've been running it since with little trouble. Regards On Sat, 2004-04-03 at 21:38, Kyle Carter wrote:
NOOOOOOOOOO
this means another server rebuild... which is never a lot of fun.
id love to use debian if it wasnt so last year (if not even older) maybe this is my chance to find something else.
debian seems to be the shnizzle for keeping a box going through major system upgrades..
i wonder how badly my redhat 9 machine will break doing a fedora upgrade
at least i dont have to setup pppoe again...
