Because what would that good old “enrichment of the user experience” be like without licensing API calls ... The writer’s verdict on the new OS sounds more like damning with faint praise: We have been running Windows 11 for daily work since official release and are happy to report that it is usable and stable in our experience so far, though useful improvements over its predecessor are hard to identify.
