Hi everyone We don't have any topics lined up yet for next Monday's meeting. Any ideas? A new Fedora release (https://getfedora.org/) is out - give it a spin? Maybe an introduction on how to use man pages efficiently? For commands and programming? Introduction to useful basic commands: ls, cat/tac/zcat, less, column, grep, find, sort, sed, ... I use find a lot, particularly in conjunction with grep, and also xargs.
I've volunteered the two of us for demoing these tools and Ian Y. to demo Fedora 26. ;-) https://www.meetup.com/WaikatoLinuxUsersGroup/events/237234821/ Cheers, Peter -- Peter Reutemann Dept. of Computer Science University of Waikato, NZ +64 (7) 858-5174 http://www.cms.waikato.ac.nz/~fracpete/ http://www.data-mining.co.nz/
