It depends on the version of Nero you have. If you have Nero Express go to the Copy and Backup icon and select burn image to disc - it will ask you for the filename. If you are running the older version you will want to go to File menu and select Open Image or something similar. From memory you then need to change the selection criteria to all files in the dialog box as your CD images which should have an ISO extension at the end won't otherwise display.

From there it is pretty much point and click.
