We have already had our June meeting recently, with Nandor Tanczos speaking to us. There is no further meeting - please ignore the reminder bot. The next WLUG meeting will be 25th July. John

It seems to be wrong more often than not…
Hrm, it seems TB on Windows doesn't like UTF-8. :( Anyway... The reminderbot is not actually wrong. The wiki says there is a meeting on that date, so the reminderbot diligently does what it is supposed to do. Perhaps we should give it psychic powers? Can we do that in perl? ;) G.

psychic powers certainly help when reading perl, so that might not be to far off. greetings, martin (quickly runs to hide in the alps). -- cooperative communication with sTeam - caudium, pike, roxen and unix offering: programming, training and administration - anywhere in the world -- pike programmer travelling and working in europe open-steam.org unix system- bahai.or.at iaeste.(tuwien.ac|or).at administrator (caudium|gotpike).org is.schon.org Martin Bähr http://www.iaeste.or.at/~mbaehr/

I’m surprised that TB of all things balks. I have no problem with UTF-8 in a terminal here.

Ah.

New committee agenda: Promote Aristotle to "Official Reminder Script Maintainer"
Noooooooo… judging from Greig’s point, what’s needed is an Official Wiki Meeting Pages Maintainer, anyway. Regards, -- Aristotle Pagaltzis // <http://plasmasturm.org/>

We have one, but he's over your way for the next month... ;) I'm going to try and make Thunderbird behave now... G.

It is behaving completely as designed. However, it isn't clairvoyent. It looks for wiki pages named MeetingTopics-YYYY-MM-DD - in this case, we had scheduled a meeting for a different date, and forgot to remove the page for the pre-scheduled meeting date. John

I'd fire the secretary, if I were you. Craig ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program.

We did. Did I leave that out of the minutes? ;) G.
