LibreOffice: OpenOffice Should Give Up And Die, Already

Seems OpenOffice still has the edge in brand recognition over LibreOffice, in spite of being a largely moribund project with no major releases in 6 years. Just to back this up, I got the “DTR Home” brochure for November through my mailbox in the last day or three, and in its computer section, it lists a couple of configurations -- an HP laptop and a “Synergy Desktop 1176” (AMD-based) bundled with a Canon Pixma printer/scanner/copier -- that come with “Open Office” along with Windows 10.
