Some Ubuntu synaptic ftp sites no longer available on my machine

When I start Synaptic I get the following message on startup: W: Couldn't stat source package list ftp://ftp.nerim.net stable/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.nerim.net_debian-marillat_dists_stable_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory) W: Couldn't stat source package list ftp://ftp.nerim.net testing/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.nerim.net_debian-marillat_dists_testing_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory) How do I restore these? I expect I missed updating something during the Debian update. Roderick Aldridge

The recommended locations for external packages seems to have changed recently. I got caught out by this to. Check the ubuntu guide at http://www.ubuntuguide.org/#extrarepositories for details of the currently recommended set of extra repositories.
