Public Crash Screens: Linux For A Change

The Register runs a regular series of reports on public signage showing crash messages instead of the ones they are supposed to show. Usually these are Microsoft Windows messages, often for hilariously out-of-date versions of Windows. This one, for a change <https://www.theregister.co.uk/2020/03/24/bork_walmart/>, shows a Linux boot failure. But it is still a hilariously out-of-date version of Linux.

Another one <https://www.theregister.co.uk/2020/03/26/pi_bork/>, this time a Raspberry π, on an advertising kiosk at an airport. Lovely to see every one of four CPUs each coming to a halt and emitting its own stack dump ... pity the reason for the crash has scrolled off the top of the screen by this point ...
