
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 released today; see http://www.redhat.com/promo/rhel/apac if you're interested in going to their NZ launch on March 2 in Auckland. CentOS-4 RC1 is due later today :) Novell have also released Hula (http://www.hula-project.org/), an open source offshoot of Novell's NetMail with calendering added on. It looks like the missing Exchange killer that we've all been waiting for. Craig

I don't know a lot about NetMail, but this Hula looks like a web-based system. Is this the case, or is the gui just designed to look like webmail? Craig Box wrote:

A major component of the system is a web based interface, designed to kick ass in the style of Google's latest offerings (Gmail, maps, etc).
From what I've read it's certainly not limited to the web interface however, the underlying protocols will be supported in Evolution, et. al.
