A few days ago my laptop was stolen from my van. I'm fairly sure that the people who stole it were on foot and live within a few blocks from here (around the Poutney Park area). They also stole a stack of DivX movie CDs, some tools, and varous other items. I'm expecting that they won't be able to sell it (my laptop has no keyboard) but they might be able to figure out how to swap the Linux drive for the Windows drive and play movies on it, and there's a slight chance that they will leave the Wifi card plugged in.
