"According to the release notes, Tails 1.3.1 is an emergency release that includes Tor Browser 4.0.5, based on the patched Mozilla Firefox 31.5.3 ESR web browser, fixing critical security issues disclosed at the Pwn2Own hacking contest. Tails 1.3.1 has now transitioned to an all-new OpenPGP signing key, which is currently used to sign the official ISO images of the distribution, as well as to certify other OpenPGP keys that are used by the project.
