Government open source advice changed

Heh, my main contribution was in encouraging some of the more red blooded people on the NZOSS list to engage constructively with the SSC rather than being antagonistic from the start. I didn't have much to do with the actual revision process itself. Nice to see that the consultative approach has paid off though, and I think our (the OSS community) relationship with the SSC has greatly benefited from the whole process. Agreed. Had brief a look at the latest SSC release, and while I feel its s bit wordy, the direction seems much more constructive.
