I'd have thought a PC133 stick would have happily run at a lower speed. There may be other issues involved though, such as PC133 may generally have the wrong chip configuration to work with the laptop in question I'm guessing you've tried trademe. I've had good luck in the past buying older SODIMM modules from ebay. As an example: http://cgi.ebay.com/Kingston-256MB-PC100-100MHz-SODIMM-Memory-RAM-M3264120_W... M3264120 is the kingston recommended part number for that laptop, by the way.
