Just tried this, but I am not going anywhere. Is there any password involved in the log on or just "user(a)jetstreamgames.co.nz" and nothing else?
You need to specify a password I believe, but it can be anything. The username can also be anything as long as it ends with @jetstreamgames.co.nz You can then log in but only connect a range of selected IPs for games servers, including ftp.jetstreamgames.co.nz - make sure that whatever DNS server you're using is inside this list of IPs. You can use jetstreamgames's DNS server at 203.96.91.1 Craig

Thanks I found the problem with the router, it was a setting mistake by moi, once I put the changes n the right places everything worked. wow, got all the cd's I was after in a night, now to burn them all. thanks Craig Box wrote:

Thanks for your help, but still it doesn't work. I use a DSE ADSL router to connect to Xtra. I changed the primary DNS server in the router configuration to the one you list below. Changed the User name to user(a)jetstreamgames.co.nz and tried it with and without password. Any ideas what to do next? Thanks ---------- Felix On Wednesday 21 July 2004 10:08, you wrote:

You may need a password - just enter anything, the RADIUS records are set to allow anything on the jetstream games realm. Also - try contacting the jsg webserver by ipaddress, connect and enter http://203.96.92.95 in the address bar of your favorite browser (use firefox its the best :). (note: most icmp/all ping traffic is blocked for some reason so don't bother trying that) m Felix Hohener wrote:

Thanks, it worked. It needed the IP address directly. For the download of the distributions it was ftp://203.96.92.95/ and then follow your nose to the right directory. Thanks, much appreciated. Felix On Thursday 22 July 2004 02:27, Malcolm Lockyer wrote:

I have one of these too, if you set the DNS to set + auto discovery, and then add the routers address as a dns server, you can use the dns proxy in the router to get the domain names working too. But hey if ip work ip works. Felix Hohener wrote:

Maybe. But you won't be able to download the data "for free" on the games realm. Regards On Mon, 2004-09-13 at 15:04, Drew Broadley wrote:
