Is this a known bug or just not been fixed?

There was a bug in the wiki's handling of pages saved as "new markup", where it ignored ~ characters when looking for wiki words to create the backlinks. This bug has since been fixed, but the fix only applies to page saves that have happened since being changed. If you go to the CategoryIsp page, make a minor change, and save the page again, then the links will be recalculated and the false one removed. The WantedWikis page is re-generated every morning. John
