Just saw an article about automatic kernel patching linked off rootprompt.org Ketchup is a script that intelligently downloads the right files for a kernel. EG, if you want to grab the latest kernel source, and you have nothing, it'll just grab the source. If you already have an earlier version, it'll grab the right patches to bring that version up to speed.
