As of Friday afternoon, we have our meeting room MS4.G.02 sponsored and booked for 2022, thanks to the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences.

For Monday, we will attempt an in-person AGM in combination with BigBlueButton (will send the link around closer to the starting time of the AGM). In-person will require mask, vaccine passport and minimum 1m social distancing.

This is correct. However, considering our club's age profile and that I also have vulnerable people in my circle, I'm not comfortable going ahead with in-person meetings under Red. Having said this, it is an AGM after all, and I'm happy to hand over the reins as president and the organizing of the meetings.
