Hello everyone, Thanks to Ian and Bruce on their presentations last night. Seemed like it was night for presenting on coding. Perhaps Ian will resolve his 64-bit problem :) It seems from the Monday meeting that there is interest in holding another Saturday workshop. Can I have a quick show of virtual hands to those that would be interested for a workshop on November 12th, please? regards, Chris

I will be hosting the PC Club workshop which unfortunately is at the same time. :-( Rod On 01/11/11 16:20, Chris O'Halloran wrote:

I get the impression Saturday 12th isn't a starter for WLUG workshop day. Are other dates more suitable? Cheers, Chris On 2 November 2011 07:34, Roderick Aldridge <rod-a(a)hnpl.net> wrote:

I'll be there. No date is going to work if you keep canceling it... -- Sent from my Ideos On 7/11/2011 2:14 PM, "Chris O'Halloran" <cmoman(a)gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Bruce, So far only you and Ian have indicated that you wish to attend. As yet, nothing has been planned or cancelled. I am mindful of using club funds. If other wish to attend a workshop day, please reply to the list and we'll make the arrangments. :) Cheers, Chris On 7 November 2011 14:18, Bruce Kingsbury <zcat(a)zcat.geek.nz> wrote:

Do you want an older LCD screen (haven't measured it!) with dodgy power supply that Robert doesn't want? Having seen you work on a similar screen at a past meeting, I would guess that it could be repairable. Michael

Yes. I'm sure I can do something with it.. will see you on saturday On 10 November 2011 17:03, Michael McDonald <mikencolleen(a)gmail.com> wrote:

Umm, I haven't made any arrangments to book the room at the Uni because their weren't sufficient numbers RSVP'ing However, if people are keen on tommorrow, can we please have a 'show of hands' and I (or perhaps you Bruce) can make the the arrangments with Waikato security. OK, looks like it might be best to just give up on this one after all. I'm double booked anyhow, as is Rod, and it doesn't sound like anyone else is much interested. On 11 November 2011 08:53, Chris O'Halloran <cmoman(a)gmail.com> wrote:
