Hi all, It's almost AGM time. Craig tells me that survey responses are coming along nicely, and that several people have said that they would stand for election to the WLUG Committee. To date, we have recieved no nominations, and time is growing short. If you wish to nominate someone, please get in contact with them and confirm their desire to be nominated. You may nominate yourself if you wish. When you have a confirmed, enthusiastic nominee, please email secretary(a)wlug.org.nz, and we will tally the nominations. Voting will be at the AGM. All continuing paid members are elligible to vote, as per our charter (http://www.wlug.org.nz/WlugCharter). I'd like to take this opportunity to announce that I will not be standing for the WLUG Executive again this year. It's been a great year as "The Fist", and I believe that the current committee has achieved a lot, but I can no longer commit the time or passion which I feel the job requires, and will thus be standing down.
