The Mexican “Cámara de Diputados” (“Chamber of Deputies” or lower house of the Mexican Congress) has just passed a law, according to DistroTube <https://www.youtube.com/post/UgyENs4zc_xx-uyL3-N4AaABCQ> (referencing this <https://twitter.com/YourAnonCentral/status/1278172057486766080> Twitter thread), seemingly making any kind of modifications to your own electronic devices illegal. This includes things like changing the hard drive or installing a non-OEM OS (e.g. a Linux distro).
