That’s true of every large corporation. Meet individual technical people from Microsoft or Apple, for example, and you can be impressed with how perceptive and smart they are. Yet corporate culture all too frequently fuses and metamorphoses and crushes all these bright individual intelligences into a mass of collective venality and stupidity.
