Setting up cupswrappermfc210c (1.0.2-3) ... ERROR : Brother LPD filter is not installed.
"Please be sure to install the LPR driver before installing the CUPS wrapper driver." Which I think is this package (You'll probably need dpkg -i --force-architecture to install this as well) http://solutions.brother.com/Library/sol/printer/linux/rpmfiles/lpr_debian/m...
