For any videocard? I have a TNT2, it's not directly supported in the kernel (for fbcon) afaik. I have a neat free DOS program which can set the refresh rate (per resolution/colourdepth) for any VBE2 compliant videocard, if anyone wants it. It even works in Win9x when you're running DOS programs that use VBE modes.

I'm not sure about that particular case as I've not used fbcon much at all.
