Not currently in Debian Stable, but should be in the next version <https://packages.debian.org/sid/ttyd>.
But it is not in testing (Trixie) and hasn't been since 2021-11-10, presumably due to RC bug #996042, and unless that is fixed, it will not be in the next Debian release. Cheers, Michael.
