This. If I knew that at least 80% of the coins were going to the organisers then I'd have no issue in paying a $2 fee, as most meetups are catered and some require hosting costs. Knowing that the $2 is solely for WeWork's site is making people look at other options. The other issue (at least in the Auckland meetups I've been too) is that 50+ people will RSVP, but only 20 or so will attend. -- Simon
