Couple of ways
1) In /etc/mail/mailertable put
@dom.ain.org                         username@other.domain.org
 
or
2) if you want to bounce them
@dom.ain.org                         error:nouser "550 User Unknown"

Firstly it's a bad idea, you should just create accounts you think you
might need or are actually mistyped.  I too once thought a catchall was
a good idea, now several years and many hundreds of thousands of pieces
of spam later I don't think so.
