Promising... I'm pretty sure I looked at this last week? And it was in beta.
Cool it now appears to be ready for general use. Looks like it has more contributors too.

My use case is pretty much I have a Linux box I do testing and other things on but don't have enough screens (I have 3 machines and 4 monitors). So... I need to prioritise for work machines which means the Linux box has to go headless.
As I said though, it appears all the distros are starting to drop x11 and most solutions still suggest it. Sigh.

VNC works great but it (probably) requires a separate headless desktop, which is
no good it you want to access the desktop currently running on the attached
monitor.

There is also wayvnc [1], which allows a connection to currently running session.
