Given the current difficulties with wifi, I have decided to shelf this project until a later time. It is not my preffered option but I am able to use windows in the meantime. Thanks John

I suspect if you get Dapper Drake, it will all 'just work', including WPA. A beta is out in a couple of days. Craig
