
Happy new year all I am trying to configure my network connection on my amd desktop machine, but it wont auto detect and there is no roaming mode (im running a newly installed Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid OS. VT6102 [Rhine-II] (rev 78) Am I right in thinking the Hwaddr in eth0 should be something like 192.168.0.x? If so, can anyone tell me where the file is in the system so that I can edit it with the correct settings. Thank you Glenn.
