I don't think so since the announcement is directed at 64-bit arm whereas the Pi is 32-bit arm. But the statement:

makes we wonder if not only 64-bit arm (AArch64) they are also announcing 32-bit arm (the "ARM" in the announcement above). Cheers Michael.
