[wlug] KMail: Access from Windows

I am using KMail as my mail client, however, I have to use Windows for one program and have access to the e-mail messages at the same time. I haven't been able to find a program who can do this. Do you know of one? Would it work if I'd use Thunderbird? Of course then there is the problem that the KMail files are on a Reiser partition, but that could probably be solved by moving the files and using a simlink. Thanks Felix
