The calligraphic pen tool varies the width of the stroke according to the pressure. That’s the only pressure-sensitive behaviour I’ve found.
Just tried Inkscape on my laptop. Haven’t got it working there yet. But Blender supports it quite nicely with the Grease Pencil tool.
