Considering that the Windows key/start menu binding is hugely annoying and a waste of a good modifier key, i certainly hope not. Also the "right mouse button" key on the keyboard is a worse idea.

When they started making functionality that was only exposed by the right mouse button, I found it to be very invaluable. Of course, the correct answer is "don't have functionality only exposed by the right mouse button" :)
