Since we are moving to "Red" at midnight tonight, the AGM tomorrow will be online only.
Is that necessary? According to <https://covid19.govt.nz/traffic-lights/life-at-red/gatherings-and-visits-at-red/public-and-private-gatherings-at-red/>, club functions can still go ahead, with appropriate density restrictions.
This is correct. However, considering our club's age profile and that I also have vulnerable people in my circle, I'm not comfortable going ahead with in-person meetings under Red. Having said this, it is an AGM after all, and I'm happy to hand over the reins as president and the organizing of the meetings.
