Is there an equivalent of ‘Mail Marshall’ for Linux/FOSS?

I am aware of clamav and spamassasin but have never configured them.

Anyone care to recommend a preconfigured server for a corporate network.

TechnologyWise in Tauranga [1] used to sell service around SME Server, which has email configured with ClamAV and SpamAssassin [2]. Maybe worth contacting?
