I am a Linux newbie. I have recently installed a RH9 box as part of a Windows network. In Mozilla, when I try to activate my RH9, a window pops up: 'Alert This document cannot be displayed unless you install the Personal Security manager (PSM) Download......etc' I downloaded and copied mozilla-psm 1.2.1-26. to my RH system as root. 2x clicked and the installation window flashed up briefly for about 1 second but didn't install. This window said: " Preparing system update: Before modifying packages on your system package dependencies must be determined. This process may take a few minutes." To confirm, in the terminal window I typed: 'rpm -q psm' "package psm is not installed" Any help would be appreciated to get it installed.
