[wlug] Linux Should Soon Start Receiving "Make WiFi Fast" Improvements

Some improvements coming for Linux Wi-Fi code <http://phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-Getting-Make-WiFi-Fast>. Not sure what the connection is to the Bufferbloat project: that is an attempt to reduce overall network latency by cutting down on excessively-large buffers inside various network components.
