I would go with 32bit for beginner, 64bit has the occasional glitch with things (ie flash has odd bugs in firefox, but chrome works fine)

Yes you can dual boot, if you are new you may want to go to an installfest. Join up the Aucklug and ask for local people to help out

Hey All,
Which OS is best for a novice like me. The 32 bit or the 64 bit. Are either 'User Friendly'. Can I dual boot Windows Vista on One HDD and Linux on another HDD?
