For meetings held on the 4th Monday then the ANZAC day conflict is:
Thrice every seven years
However, I was suggesting meetings on a Tuesday... Another option might be to shift the meetings to, say, the 4th Tuesday in the month. ...then the conflicts ANZAC day should average out at once every seven years. (I think, ...but leap years probably muck up the equation ;-) cheers, Ian.

Thrice every seven years as Anzac day on a Saturday or Sunday is now "Mondayised" for those not normally working on the Saturday or Sunday.
