Anybody else get this message?
I do indeed, and same as you - it never seems to impair anything. I suspect I said "OK" to the prompt on Netflix once, but that's it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I just noticed this message, too. However, this only popped up, because I had NoScript disabled temporarily. When looking through the media on the site (Ctrl+I), I noticed a "blob" of type video with 0 by 0 pixels (see attached screenshot). Each time you refresh the page, it seems to get a new UUID.
