[wlug] KDE: how to remove the stupid dragon: HOORAY!

There are various "kde-sdscreen" RPM's floating around to change the shutdown window image. All they do is replace "shutdownkonq.png". The RPM I downloaded would have put it here: /usr/X11R6/share/apps/ksmserver/pics/shutdownkonq.png but on Mandrake I found the little bastard here: /usr/share/apps/ksmserver/pics/shutdownkonq.png And I overwrote him with a 1x1 pixel transparent PNG. It worked! P.S. while googling I found this in the mailing list archive of another LUG: "My deskpot completely freezed, couldn't even do Ctrl+Alt+Del. so I turn the power off." "Deskpot".
