[wlug] ANNOUNCEMENT: Annual General Meeting, 13 Sep

In accordance with Rule 6 of the charter, I would like to formally announce that the Waikato Linux Users Group (Incorporated) will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 13 September, 2004, at 7pm, at the Crawshaw School Hall (the same location as the Installfest.) As our financial year ends on 31 August, please note that membership "ends" on this date and 2005 membership dues will be collected starting at the AGM. Voting rights at the AGM are granted to "those people who were paid members in the previous financial year and who have signed a membership form for the next financial year". Regards, Craig
