[wlug] CERT To Be Merged Into GCSB?

Couple of local items here <https://www.theregister.com/2023/07/10/asia_tech_news_roundup/> that I hadn’t heard of before: Andrew Little is considering bringing CERT under the control of the Government Communications Security Bureau, and also Microsoft is raising cloud prices, though not those for on-prem products, in NZ.
