If you install WINE you may be able to get the .exe to run.

...but there will probably be some .dll's missing and the app will crash.

E-mail them for a link to the source code for the .exe and go through it to work out what .dll's you need. That shouldn't be too much problem and after a couple of months of research you should have it running OK ;-)
