Pinnacle Midlands Health Network, which services medical practices in Taranaki, Rotorua, Taupō-Tūrangi, Thames-Coromandel and Waikato, had its systems broken into last Wednesday, though the incident is only coming to light today <https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/patient-details-compromised-in-cyber-attack-on-north-island-gp-network/JWYJLMQHM5WQNQSJUXTWJUUNCI/>. It doesn’t appear like they hold medical information about patients (beyond NHI numbers), only personal contact details.
