Why this change? The advantage would be that there is no confusion over *when* the meeting happens, it's always the 4th Monday. However, the downside could be that people are away or have no public transport to get to the meeting.
Getting advance notifications through a service like MeetUp helps avoid a lot of the confusion.
Should we recommend that everybody get registered through MeetUp?
