Just tried it: Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz/4GB/boot from DVD - boots up fine, internet access, youtube, all good. Celeron 2.6GHz/2.5GB/boot from DVD - exact result as above. Looks nice, but not a Gnome guy. HTH. Elroy. Peter Reutemann wrote:

Actually, I tried both. Same result: Not further than SysLinux prompt and then high CPU usage.
I'll give my i386 a go tonight if I get time, see if it works OK.
