So a post to the list, now, is sufficient notice? "The WLUG Comittee have proposed a small change to the constitution to clear up the issue of who's allowed to sign cheques, because the current wording seems to exclude the President from being a signatory. This will be brought up at the AGM. You have been notified." :)
