My work use InterSpeed for our virtual servers. We haven't had problems with them and they've been responsive to all our queries. Luckily the servers aren't hosted in Innovation Park, as the internet access here is unreliable. The servers themselves are under the CenterPlace building iirc. Since i'm currently contracted out to their parent company and working in their office, i may be biased though. ;)
