I had similar problems and only got it to work after changing the password.

AFAIK this is only possible from off-campus, blocked ports on-campus and can't go through proxy server.

hey, it works ;) the problem was the synchronisation of password. I 
changed it, went to the UnlockChapta Link. And that's it!
